As you prepare for teaching this Fall (it seems so soon!), I'd like to ask: how are your technology plans going?
I'm just beginning to outline the plans for the research blog for my Writing 1 course. In chatting with a fellow instructor, she was so excited about the idea that she's adopted it, too. With the expected resultant frustrations and euphoria. It's the plunge I'm about to take. Take a look at her developing course site and her personal blog that reflects on course set-up.

Courtney, I was excited to see my RSS reader update with this post!
Sadly, for those of us with limited TA responsibilities - or last-minute assignments, both of which have been the case in my department this fall - well, I haven't had the opportunity to develop any technology things.
Now that I have my assignment - which, as I said, has very limited duties - I'm going to see if I can pitch a class blog or something, but we'll see how that goes...
Still, I love hearing everyone else's developments!
Tanya, what class will you be TAing this semester? Keep us updated on the tech-related developments. Even if the pitch doesn't go over well, I'd be interested in hearing the reasons given.
