Teaching Students to Blog, and another source

Hi everyone,

A couple more resources:

This page comes from a syllabus website for a history course (from George Mason University, I think). Specifically, this link has some good guidelines for students on what the instructor expected out of student blogs: http://clioweb.org/courses/history120/fall07/assignments/.

In addition, here's another website that may be of interest. This is also a history website, but has a lot of good resources and ideas that may be useful to others. George Mason University operates this site, and they do quite a lot with technology and humanities study (okay, technology and history): http://chnm.gmu.edu/worldhistorysources/.

Good luck with the end of semester!

Hmmm...I like how this spells out the requirements. It might not work exactly for me, since I require a number of posts in different formats (ie. outlines, interviews, etc).

I think I'll create a post on how I was thinking of grading my students blogs, so I can get some feedback from you folks.
