The GSSW doesn't (yet) teach how to create a podcast as part of a class since the technical support is not yet in place. But that doesn't stop us from imagining what might be possible...
Check out this class, Gorilla Radio, which describes itself as, "Pests, Pets, and Meat: Animals in American Culture , a hybrid writing course offered in Spring 2006 at The George Washington University."

Did you know that the Humanities Digital Workshop has a sound booth and recording software? I'm not sure of its exact capabilities, but I'm betting podcasting might be an option...
