I haven't used Google docs yet for teaching, although I expect I will, but I am using it for many other things. I'm writing an article with three professors who are in New Jersey, Orlando, and Greely, CO, and we are using it for our collaboration! (I am the young'un in the group who introduced this new fangled tool!) I'm also planning an event with people from all over the country, and we are using Google spreadsheets to work out the event schedule.
Is anyone else using it?

I haven't used it for teaching yet, either, but I have been using it like crazy to coordinate with the other co-chairs of Chemistry Peer Mentors. It's fantastic for planning our meeting agendas, and we used google calendar to schedule our meetings.
Sadly, I haven't used it either. However, I should pimp it to the rest of the grad students in my department. That would be useful.
