How to Read a Blog

One of the most apparent problems of blogs is that they work in reverse-chronological order. So that the most recent post appears at the top and the oldest at the bottom (or even in a monthly archive). So if you want to see where this blog started, scroll to the bottom.

This set-up can be frustrating when you approach reading a long-existing blog. Or when you want to search for a topic within a blog post. How do you grapple with this problem? You can create a label for the post and group what you write around topics--which can be both helpful and limited.

Wikis may be one ways around this problem, since the information is presented in a non-hierarchical manner.
